My Hero Academia Reportedly Receiving Filipino Dub for Seasons 4–Final Season Through Ani-One PH and CreatiVoices
The globally popular superhero anime My Hero Academia is reportedly set to receive a Filipino (Tagalog) dub covering Seasons 4 through the Final Season (Season 8), according to circulating reports within the Philippine anime community. The localization project is said to be a collaboration between Ani-One Philippines and CreatiVoices Productions, bringing the series’ most intense and climactic story arcs to Filipino audiences.
If confirmed, the dubbing initiative would allow viewers in the Philippines to experience the latter half of the long-running anime in the local language from the Overhaul arc introduced in Season 4 all the way to the series’ final battles depicted in Seasons 7 and 8.
Expanding Filipino Anime Localization
The reported project highlights the continuing growth of Filipino anime dubbing. Ani-One Philippines, part of the Medialink Group, has been actively distributing anime titles across Southeast Asia through its YouTube platforms and regional licensing initiatives.
Meanwhile, CreatiVoices Productions, a Philippine voice-acting and dubbing studio associated with the Certified Voice Artists Philippines (CVAP), has been involved in numerous localization projects across animation, children’s programming, and international series.
The partnership between Ani-One PH and CreatiVoices has already resulted in several Filipino dubbing projects in recent years, helping strengthen the country’s voice-acting industry while expanding accessibility for local audiences.
Coverage From Season 4 to the Final Season
According to available information, the Filipino dub is expected to cover the following major story arcs:
- Season 4 – The Overhaul Arc
- Season 5 – Joint Training and Paranormal Liberation War buildup
- Season 6 – Paranormal Liberation War Arc
- Season 7 – Final War preparations
- Season 8 – The Final Season
The eighth and final season of My Hero Academia aired from October 4 to December 13, 2025, concluding the anime adaptation of Kōhei Horikoshi’s manga with 11 episodes that depict the decisive battles between heroes and villains.
Platform and Release Details Still Unannounced
While the project has gained attention among anime fans and industry observers, no official episode release schedule, streaming platform, or full cast lineup has yet been publicly announced.
However, the move signals increasing demand for locally dubbed anime content in the Philippines, with more streaming platforms and distributors investing in Filipino voice acting to reach wider audiences.
For now, fans await further official confirmation from Ani-One PH or CreatiVoices regarding release dates, casting announcements, and where the Tagalog-dubbed episodes will be available to watch.
