The name Tagadub itself carries meaning. As Pocholo explains, “Ang salitang ‘taga’ means someone who does something—like tagalinis, tagagupit, tagakulot. It also means a place where someone is from, like taga-Makati or taga-Manila. But here, it means Tagalog dubbing, or Tagalog dubber.” This simple yet powerful definition captures the essence of the community: people who do, people who create, and people who belong.

Kathleen Sone: From Scholarship to Voice Over Flowers
