My Hero Academia Reportedly Getting Filipino Dub for Its Final Arcs


Anime fans in the Philippines may soon experience one of the biggest superhero anime series in their own language. Reports suggest that will receive a Filipino dub covering Season 4 up to the Final Season (Season 8), bringing the series’ most intense story arcs closer to local audiences.

The project is reportedly being developed through a collaboration between , particularly its Philippine branch Ani-One PH, and , a studio known for producing Filipino-language dubs for various anime titles.

If confirmed, the localization would cover some of the most important arcs in the series, including the Paranormal Liberation War, the Dark Hero Arc, and the climactic events leading to the final battle between heroes and villains.

Bringing Heroes Closer to Filipino Fans

For many Filipino viewers, anime has long been part of childhood and pop culture. However, most modern anime releases are often available only in Japanese or English.

A Filipino dub would allow audiences to hear beloved characters such as , , and speak in Filipino, making the emotional moments and dramatic battles even more relatable for local viewers.

Localization also helps widen access to anime for younger audiences and viewers who prefer watching shows in their native language.

CreatiVoices and the Growing Dubbing Industry

The involvement of CreatiVoices highlights the growing strength of the Philippine voice acting industry. The studio has been active in producing Filipino dubs for anime and online releases, working with talented voice actors, translators, and audio engineers to deliver high-quality localized content.

If the My Hero Academia project pushes through, it could become one of the largest Filipino-dubbed anime productions, as it would cover the final and most action-packed seasons of the series.

Anime localization in the Philippines has been expanding in recent years, with more studios and streaming platforms recognizing the demand for Filipino-language versions of popular shows.
