From hesitant beginnings to memorable moments An internship is often imagined as a purely professional journey—learning skills, completing tasks, and ticking requirements off a checklist. But for the interns at CreatiVoices Production, the experience turned out to be much more than just learning how dubbing works. It became a space for connection, adjustment, collaboration, and unexpected friendships. At the start, expectations were simple and guarded. Like many interns, they came in thinking it would be a straightforward arrangement: show up, do the work, and go home. Some even admitted that they didn’t expect any form of interaction or bonding at all.
